I was incredibly disappointed while training at Jacksons MMA. There's a lot of nice guys in MMA. Greg Jackson was named the 8th most powerful man in MMA by Fight! However, it is often viewed as something that a fighter has or does not have. Released in 2010, "Jackson's MMA - THE GROUND GAME". Anthony Guzzi works on the ladder as guided by Brian Blue at Nick Catone's Mixed Martial Arts Academy. Released in 2009, "Jackson's MMA - THE STAND UP GAME". Keith Jardine is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. After drilling the most basic guard passes for 10 days, ones that I felt were well integrated into my game a year ago, I requested that I could try out for the intermediate classes, but was told that this was the way it is, and there's nothing to be done about it. On closer inspection, however, it's actually MMA based, with students expected to have a grasp of clinch, standup, takedowns, etc. Speed in the stand-up game is a killer. This sport is full of nice guys.
